This Spotlight Report 2023 provides a comprehensive analysis of the country’s progress toward sustainable development goals. It highlights key challenges and achievements in areas such as social protection, climate resilience, gender equality, and inclusive economic growth. The report offers data-driven insights and policy recommendations aimed at promoting equitable and sustainable development in Vietnam.

This report was led by iSEE, a Vietnamese non-governmental organization working towards a vision of a Viet Nam where all people, majority and minority, know their rights, exercise their rights, and actively support others to exercise their right.
